When you lose yourself in an interest that you like, you are. When you enjoy work, home, or play concerns as intensely that you forget your problems, wherever you are, and what’s happening around you, you take life as a person. Inhibitions fall far, self-confidence, self-esteem and sense of self is soaring, full of enthusiasm and creativity is released. We often call it a “state of the movement”.
