It can give your muscles in a more elegant, compact and less bulky appearance. You have in your stomach firm and strong support for your new body supple and graceful.

The amazing thing Pilates is the way that, over time, you can redo your body from the inside. You would not build your house on sand, would you? The sand is an unstable surface that is not able to sustain anything built on it. Practicing regularly Pilates, it’s like replacing sand with concrete. When we have a stable surface to build on, we can build something that is strong and able to withstand the rigors of daily life without injury.

We are also much less likely to suffer from many problems of old age can bring, such as arthritis and osteoporosis.

So the next time you want to look like a model willowy, smile to yourself, have a piece of chocolate (one!) And just strive to keep your body fit and well. Oh, and do not forget Pilates!
