The benefits of Pilates for adults is more well known that millions of us are flooding classrooms and studios around the world are seeking its benefits. So, if adults can see the benefits, why not Pilates for children too. Let’s encourage our children to move and feel better too!

Flexibility - We may think of ourselves as losing flexibility as we age. If you do not work on what you lose!

Coordination - Many of us have developed adult faulty movement patterns as we aged that leads to poor posture and return conditions that keep chiropractors in the business world.

Balance - By improving posture and child coordinating body as they age, they will develop a better balance of skills and awareness of the body that will lead to adulthood.

Body Image - Children learn by watching body image and, in general, others are comparing it to others. Pilates for children can learn in a safe environment, each organization is different and that we can all accept our body and do different things.

Concentration - With the increase in cases of hyperactivity in school enabling children to move and use their body can actually stimulate the brain and able to concentrate. We all need to move to release energy healthy. When we removed the bear is more difficult to slow down and focus.

Fun - Pilates for children can be a time of fun and creativity. They can create stories about the movement and the practical teaching of the class.
